IMECNT Studio is a portfolio platform for photographers, illustrators, and graphic designers. You can create project case studies, document client work, and maintain a personal archive of creative experiments. The service includes template systems for before-and-after shots, material exploration, and client feedback integration. We do not provide legal advice, licensing of your artwork, or representation for commission negotiations.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including images, descriptions, and any references to clients or collaborators. Make sure you have the right to display the work you publish. If a project was created under a non-disclosure agreement or an exclusive license, do not present it as your own public case study without permission. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
The platform is meant for professional creative portfolios. You may not use it to distribute spam, misleading content, or material that infringes on someone else's rights. Do not upload work that you intend to be used for gambling, financial speculation, or any activity that would violate local law. We reserve the right to remove content that does not fit the editorial nature of the service.
You retain ownership of the images and text you upload. By publishing work on IMECNT Studio, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content so we can operate the service. This license does not give us the right to sell your work or use it in our own marketing without asking first. The templates, layout system, and underlying software remain the property of IMECNT Studio.
We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, IMECNT Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or claims arising from the content you publish or from a temporary interruption of access. You use the platform at your own discretion.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and published content. We may suspend or terminate access if we find a violation of these terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would create a risk for other users. When possible, we will give you notice and a reasonable window to export your material before removal.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
